CORK, Ireland, September 20, 2011 - MPSTOR (http://www.mpstor.com/) today announced the launch of Provizo^TM, a framework for automating the discovery, registration and Provizoning of storage resources as they are added to a cloud service provider platform. Available for use in the full spectrum of cloud offerings spanning public, private and hybrid architectures, MPSTOR’s Provizo is implemented with OpenStack^TM, the open-source, massively scalable, cloud operating system launched by NASA and Rackspace in 2010. The use of open source software, combined with MPSTOR’s expertise in data storage automation, allows service providers to deliver the most economic and highest performing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offering to their customers.
